Courses taught at Oregon State University

Bruce McCune taught the following courses through the Dept. of Botany and Plant Pathology at OSU. Because he retired as of January 2024, these may not be taught in the future.

BOT 570 (formerly BI 570/670), Community Structure and Analysis (4 credits). Winter term every year. For a replacement course, see Jeri Peck's synchronous and asynchronous course offerings, the latter through the Center for Wildlife Studies.

BOT 465/565, Lichenology (4 credits). Spring term odd-numbered years.  Currently offered regularly at OSU as an online asynchronous course, undergraduate credit only.

BOT 466/566, Bryology (4 credits). Spring term even-numbered years. No longer offered.

BOT 507, Seminar, Lichen and Bryophyte Research (1 credit). Every spring term. No longer offered.

BOT 507, Seminar, Community and Habitat Analysis (1 credit). Every winter term. No longer offered.

BOT 508, Microlichens Workshop (2 credits) Irregular intervals. Check Northwest Lichenologists event listing for possible upcoming workshops.
